First Station - Anping
1. 剑狮坛 - Dunno how to translate it into english ><
Basically it`s a MASCOT of Anping. The statue is a lion`s head with a sword piercing through its mouth.
According to the tourist guide, it has different meaning by the direction of the sword piercing.

2. Anping Fort 安平古堡
It`s basically the oldest fort in Taiwan. It was built during Holland`s colonization. It resembles the A Famosa in Malacca. A must-go tourist spot in Anping. But it`s just mainly for photoshooting as we dunno much about the history =p

The tower is 5 floor HIGH =) |
3. Anping treehouse 安平树屋
From the brochure, it was originally warehouse for British trading company Tait & Co. The aerial roots and branches of trees wrapped around the building, combined with the soil, red brick and partial concrete wall creates an unusual sight.
From us, we know there is a house, wrapped by the treessss..=p
We met a funny uncle thr. He was a photographer to a group of young ladies. However, he kept instructing them to pose the same, one by one at the same place.. But the ladies seems like enjoy it =p

2nd station - Chihkan Tower
5. 赤坎楼 Chihkan Tower
It`s a gorgeous fort with double eaves and XieShan roof. It used to be called Fort Provintia. We know that it`s built by the Holland, but it manage to be colonized by 郑成功 Zheng Cheng Kung.

6. 大天后宫 = 妈祖庙 Grand Mazu Temple
It was originally the palace of Emperor Ning Jing of the Ming Dysnasty, and also the first Mazu temple named as Queen of Heaven in Taiwan. We prayed there and there are plenty of free self-made ambulet. =p

Free DIY ambulet ^^ |
3rd station - 孔庙 Confucius Temple
The first Confucius Temple in Taiwan was built as the highes academy by Koxinga during Ming Dynasty. Again, we made our most sincere pray thr.
There were plenty of souvenirs and not forget to mention, we can also write down our wishes and hang it for blessing. It`s also free =p
宅门咖啡馆 Narrow Alley (In front of Confucius Temple)
According to Taiwanese, the restaurant is famous because of its special design. You can hardly notice it if you dunno its existence. So I guess the owner only wan to do business with thin people?? or is it another way to encourage people to slim down?? =)
The above tourist spots are quite near to each other in one station. However, if you wish to go from station to station, dun dream to walk. It`s very far away!!! Therefore, the shuttle bus is very helpful to us in travelling around Tainan =)
