1ST Clinical Skill practise in Taiwan

We had our 1st session teaching with the local students in this afternoon (15/11/2011).
We even need to attend evidence-based medicine in Taiwan =.=
But we just skip tat part lah..=p

The FUN part is coming!!! XD
I thought the lecturer will demostrate on how to do casting and splint. To our surprise, he let everyone of us do it ourselves.

Demonstration - Xiyi as subject =p

1st step - Put the sock according to the measurement between
2 fingers from elbow to the base of the thumb

Then wrap the hand with cotton. (2-3 layers)

Then wrap it again with the same method with cast

Last step - Swap the cast with water by using hands

The CAST is done^^

(haha..dun worry.it uses vibration to cut, the blade isn`t sharp at all)
