小鱼十年: TODAY (16/11/2011)

We need to attend morning meeting, together with the professors, doctors and clerks, at 7.30am sharp.

Since today is wednesday morning, we are provided with breakfast. Today is burger with drink. I chose a bacon burger with hot tea.^^

I like the way of teaching here. Since the no of medical students are small here, the medical students will be included in almost every duties with the registered doctors. They make the students feel like they are part of the medical team ^^b

In the afternoon, we go to Chihkan Tower once more to have the food that we didn`t eat last sunday.

1. 碗粿 WAN GUO

The ingredients quite similar to 糯米鸡 (Glutinous Rice Cake). It has salted egg, mushroom with some minched meat. However, the ingredients are quite little. The main ingredient is glutinous rice. But the texture is not same with our rice cake. It`s soft like soy custard and topped with sweet, black sauce. I don`t know how to describe it other than one word - YUMMY!!!!^^ 5STARS!!!!!!

The upper one is Milkfish soup.
**Milkfish is also very famous in Taiwan. They make it into any food, even biscuit!!!
But we don`t really like the taste..Abit weird..=p

2. 画糖(Paint Sugar)
We didn`t buy this, but it`s one of the culture of chinese since ancient time.

3. 担仔面(Hanker Noodle Soup)

This one also 5 STARS!!!! Although it`s only a simple noodle soup topping with some minched meat, however, we like the taste of the soup to the max!!! It`s really very special and delicious!!^^

Besides, the service of this restaurant is good. We are provided with 2 free cups of drink and given a small plate without us asking for it. =)
